When I'm not busy making and creating I like to spend my down time exploring my beautiful county of Northumberland. A few days ago Paul and I headed up to Craster a lovely little coastal village, had a wander and of course my compulsory cup of tea.
While I was day dreaming looking out at the cold North Sea and taking in the fresh sea air, Paul clambered around the rocks snapping photos.
I spent that time plotting exciting new projects and planning where I want to take DMJ over the next year.
I returned really inspired and eager to get back in the studio and start designing! Although I was cold to my bones and couldn't get warm, it took a bath and many a hot chocolate until I stopped feeling a chill.
Lovely photos :) Whilst I hate feeling cold, I do love an excuse for a hot chocolate or three!

P.S. Your coat is delightful!
Thank you! It's my fave coat it makes me feel like I'm wearing a little bit of sunshine. I can't take credit for the photos that's all down to Paul.
